什么是ATP認證？
ATP即易腐食物國際運輸及其特種運輸設備協(xié)議認證。此協(xié)議被稱為ATP協(xié)議（最初為法國易腐物品運輸協(xié)議），1970-71由歐洲聯(lián)合經(jīng)濟委員會內(nèi)陸運輸委員會替代。
ATP is an Agreement relating to International transportation of perishable goodsand special vehicles to be used for this type of haulage. Itis referred to as the ATP agreement (after its French initials AgreementTransport Perishable) and was drawn up by the Inland Transport Committee of theUnited Nations Economic Committee for Europein 1970-71.
ATP協(xié)議適用于所有關于易腐產(chǎn)品的運輸，可用于第三方或則自我聲明。ATP協(xié)議適用于當運輸貨物裝載和卸載地點處于不同國家地區(qū)且貨物卸載地點處于ATP協(xié)議受控范圍，且此協(xié)議專門針對鐵路運輸﹑公路運輸或則兩種運輸方式相結(jié)合的運輸方式進行管控。
ATP is the requirements apply to all transportation(of perishable goods), for a third party or one's own use, undertakenexclusively either by rail, road or a combination of the two, when the loading(and unloading) point is in two different States and when the unloading pointfor the goods is situated on the territory of a contracting party".
除非運輸車輛已經(jīng)通過ATP認證，在兩個不同國家之間（任何一個或均為ATP協(xié)議簽約國）國家領域之間越界運輸易腐食物將視為違法行為。一旦違法，貨物將可能被扣留﹑遣回并且會承受大筆的罰款。
It isillegal to transport perishable foodstuffs across an international boundarybetween countries that are signatories to the agreement unless the vehicle hasan ATP certificate. If you do this you could be stopped, turned back and evenincur a substantial fine!
易腐物品列表：
ATP規(guī)定的易腐食品列表如下：
冰凍食品，黃油，獸肉，即食罐裝牛奶（經(jīng)過巴氏消毒或未經(jīng)過巴氏消毒的），工業(yè)用牛奶，乳制品（酸奶，開菲乳，奶油干酪，清爽干酪），魚肉，貝類（煙熏，鹽腌，晾干或則活魚，活貝類除外），肉類產(chǎn)品（腌制的,煙熏的，晾干或則滅菌產(chǎn)品除外），家禽肉和兔肉等。
According to the ATP,the list of perishable goods is as follows:
frozen foods, butter, game, milk intanks (unpasteurised or pasteurised) for immediate consumption, milk forindustrial use, dairy products (yoghurts, kephirdrinks,cream cheese and fromage frais), fish, shellfish (excluding smoked, salted,dried or live fish, live shellfish), meat-based products (excluding pickled,smoked, dried or sterilised products), poultry, and rabbits".
